General Disclaimer to customers:
PRODUCTS
~To avoid disappointment arising from unpredictable flower stock situations*,
customers are advised to provide up to three preferred colours for main flowers.
~Note that filler flowers are also subject to changes depending on availability of flowers. FLORASIA reserves the right to substitute appropriate flowers and/or ornaments of equivalent or higher value in the event that the flowers/ornaments featured are unavailable.
*Situations include shortlanding of shipment, freshness and seasonality of particular flowers just to name a few.
PURCHASES
~All prices listed are in SGD.
~Send in your orders via Facebook in a private message at www.facebook.com/florasiasg or drop us an email at sales@florasia.sg to obtain a quotation.
PAYMENT
~Full payment of order(s) required once they are confirmed.
~Payment are to be made payable via iBanking to POSB SAVINGS 198-23917-8.
~Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $15 daily 9am to 9pm from unless otherwise advised.
Additional charge of $10 will be imposed on:
-restricted or inaccessible areas such as institutions, campsites, and Jurong/Sentosa Island etc.
-re-route or repeated attempt to deliver.
-irregular delivery hours from 10pm to 8am
~Cancellation of orders are to be made at least 48 hours prior to collection/delivery date. ~Deposit or any forms of payment would be forfeited if items have already been made.
FLORASIA will not be responsible for products delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender or unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery stated by customer. For a second attempt to deliver or request to re-route , a surcharge of $10.00 will be levied.
OPERATION
~Florasia operates nearly 24/7 on Facebook and clears our emails every other day.
However, we do appreciate if you make your orders at least 3 days in advance as a general rule of thumb.
~ FLORASIA reserves the right to decline any sale which we deem inappropriate in terms of time frame, delivery location etc.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Florasia.sg collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the www.florasia.sg website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Florasia.sg.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, place an order, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.

To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.

We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests.
